Working at iST has been a wonderful experience. The company is full of professionals who make it easy for me to apply the knowledge I gained from varsity. I like the open door policy the company has which makes it easy to consult if there are any confusion.

I worked in marketing firms for a few years as a developer and when I joined iST, the transition to an engineering firm was exciting yet extremely intimidating for me. I did not think I could wrap my head around the business logic or even do half of the tasks that I have been delegated. I am happy to say that even though I am still learning to improve my time management skills, my capabilities and creativity to provide solutions have all improved. I am finally able to apply my logic in preparing solutions, and am able to do this in an environment that is relaxed yet very professional. My days are filled with laughter and the hunger to better myself in every aspect as an asset of iST. The people here are lovely to work with from the Cleaner to the CEO.

My experience here at Integrators of Systems Technology (iST) has been nothing but great. Working in the engineering environment allowed me to apprehend the characteristics of being effective as a client representative. The primary objective that I gathered was that communication is frequently a critical feature to success. It is also significant as an individual to have the aptitude of multi-tasking throughout the working hours. This will instantly assist with being active and flexible around the office while also having a little bit of fun. In software development, it is usually obligatory to ask the right questions at the appropriate time while designing the specification document for a client. On the other hand, I also grasped that it is imperative to sustain punctuality in order to meet deadline. Lastly, I have learned that to be successful it also involves that an individual has to have a professional outlook in order to fit in the company.

I joined iST in October 2017 as an Electrical Engineer Intern based in the Power Infrastructure Management division focusing mainly in Protection and SCADA. I greatly admire the professional and highly expert seniors mentoring the intern’s program on a daily basis. Our seniors always exposes us to every aspect of the core business of the company. I aspire to grow within the company and eventually become a protection Engineer

My experience here at iST has really been awesome because I get to do practical work that relates to the theory I did at University. The environment is here allows me to grow and learn more .We integrate and solve together .
