HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Powertech IST's commitment to health and safety comprise the following:

• To take all reasonable measures to ensure that the requirements of OHS ACT No. 85, 1993 and the associated regulations are readily available and observed by every person employed on premises where machinery is used.
• In the interests of safety, enforce discipline at the workplace, or on premises where machinery is used.
• Ensure that work is performed or machinery is used under the general supervision of a person who has the knowledge and experience with the performance of such work or the use of such machinery.
• Establish as far as is reasonable, what dangers to the safety of persons are attached to any work that is performed, any article which is processed, used, handled, stored or transported and any machinery which is used, and to established what precautionary measures should be taken with respect to such work, article or machinery in order to protect the safety of persons, and apply such precautionary measures.
• Take such steps as may be necessary to remove any threat or potential threat to the safety of persons as far as is practical.
• As far as is reasonable, cause every employee to be made conversant with the dangers to his safety attached to any work he has to perform, any article he has to process, use, handle, store or transport and any machinery he is required or permitted to use, and the precautionary measures which should be taken and observed with respect to those dangers.
