Management adheres to a strict policy of Employment Equity (EE) and practices targeted recruitment with the objective to redress the imbalances caused by past discrimination. Management believes that existing talent, coupled with training programmes enables us to maintain high standards throughout the transformation process.

The company has succeeded in ensuring that 54% of employees are from designated groups. Approximately 20% of all employees are women, and almost 3% are from the disabled community, while 5% of the complement constitutes learnerships.
